Diego Gosmar serves as Chief AI Officer, specializing in Artificial Intelligence with a particular focus on Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic AI, NLP, AI Agent Interoperability, as well as Ethical AI.
He leads AI Competence Centers in both the Customer Care and Supply Chain domains.
Diego is member of the Open Voice Interoperability and Trustmark group from the Linux Foundation AI & Data.
