About me
A former SW engineer in the early 2000s, Julien Morin came to manage and direct large-scale software projects. Focused for 18 years on empowering teams, energizing people, promoting collaboration, he joined BayLibre in 2020.
At BayLibre, he found a human-scale open source consultancy that also shares his personal values. Within a flat org chart, he’s able to integrate people care into processes, organization and strategies needed for high quality project management and engineering management.
