About me
Director and researcher at the Software Stewardship Lab, an applied research non-profit dedicated to ensuring the stability of the Open Source software ecosystem. I research burnout in Open Source, investigating the structural issues that put developers at risk of burnout and how to fix them, so that nobody has to sacrifice their mental health to contribute to our digital commons. I am also doing a PhD in the psychology and philosophy of collective moral behaviour at the University of Edinburgh.
