Daniel Krook is the Senior Director of Developer Experience at the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (part of the Linux Foundation), where he and his team support the maintainers, contributors, and users across 225+ hosted open source projects. Previously a Principal Cloud Architect at IBM, he was founding CTO of Call for Code, a tech-for-good program that engaged 500,000 participants from 180 nations and launched 16 open source projects at the Linux Foundation. He also held roles spanning serverless developer advocacy, cloud platform engineering, and embeddable AI.
