About me

Éléonore Daxhelet is a policy analyst at OpenForum Europe, where she has worked on the Open Source Observatory (OSOR) since July 2025. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the Free University of Brussels and a Master's in Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies, specialising in technology and security. She is the author of the 2025 OSOR Paper on Progress and Trends, having previously presented it at the OSOR Community Meeting in January 2026 and at DORS/CLUC in April 2026.
