About me
Jacek Plucinski is a technology transfer professional and open source strategist at SnT, University of Luxembourg. He leads SnT’s FOSS (OSPO) activities, manages IP for software assets, licensing and the Venture Program, and has driven key digital transformation projects including IP management system and institutional git repository for research software. He is a certified RTTP, active in ASTP, LES Benelux and CURIOSS, and holds degrees from the Poznan University of Economics and AMU Poland.
