About me
Nicole Bates is a Principal Technical Program Manager on Microsoft's Azure OCTO Open Source Ecosystem team, where she focuses on open source supply chain security strategy. She co-chairs the IETF SCITT Working Group, ORBIT Launchpad SIG, and Supply Chain Integrity Working Group at the OpenSSF, helping manufacturers operationalize CRA due diligence through open source tooling and catalogs. Nicole also contributes to the Eclipse ORC, SPDX, and the Sustaining Package Registries Working Group
