About me
Sebastian Hetze has been developing free software since the 1980s. From 1992 to 2012, he ran his own Linux companies. He has been working for Red Hat since 2012, most recently as a Principal Software Engineer in the Field CTO organization. He is also an elected board member of the Bitkom Open Source Working Group.
From 2023 to 2026, he worked for Red Hat on the “Automated Train” research project, a consortium led by Deutsche Bahn.
