As a technical leader I draw on more than 25 years’ experience in Managing, Engineering, Architecting and Developing embedded and distributed systems and their hardware and software in a variety of verticals like Medical, Marine, Retail, Transportation, Manufacturing, Defense and Energy.
With my deep understanding of Edge, Telco and IoT, I have been a successful Inventor, Sales and Technical Marketing Engineer, event speaker and have passionately guided many Fortune 500 companies and large OEM's to realize their new products developments both as a SME and Technical manager.
Linux practitioner since 2007 and a regular speaker at Executive Briefings, ISG innovation sessions, boot camps and industry events like DTW, Hannover Messe including the Embedded Linux Conference in 2018 and 2019.
I joined Dell Technologies in 2018 and quickly delivered results with global customers and was awarded Business Partner of the Year for FY19 and FY20. I was part of the CTO Ambassador program for FY20, FY21 and FY22.
My current role is technical staff as Engineering Technologist for Dell Edge Portfolio, where I am part of the team that sets strategic direction for Edge gateways in the Hardware portfolio, Security, and Operational environment and gather the technical requirements needed to create an integrated E2E Edge platform that can host Edge solution for Customer Use Cases, which has resulted in the Dell NativeEdge platform.
Fluent in Dutch and English and can have good understanding in a French and German conversations.
